Yellow Belt Courses

Th Yellow Belt course content includes both Six Sigma and Lean tools, and incorporates meaningful individual and group exercises based on a case study. A spreadsheet with project and team charter templates, and DMAIC phase checklists is included in the training. Students also learn to create graphs in Excel using data from the case study. Accordingly, the Yellow Belt course requires that students bring a laptop computer running Microsoft Excel to the in-class program. A reference text is also provided to students.

The Yellow Belt training can be delivered multiple ways. We offer a 2-day classroom session as well as a four-week, instructor-led online class. In addition, we can license our self-paced, online Yellow Belt program for you to train your organization. This course is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
